When speaking of wild animals all have the impression that they are very dangerous animals, think lions in the jungle, bears, tigers, etc.. But not all wild animals are dangerous. In fact, all animals were once wild. Cats, dogs, horses, … were all wild animals before being domesticated by man. In fact, there are still wild horse species in the world and are therefore not dangerous to humans.

A farm animal is a wild animal has been domesticated for their help in the work force as the horse or to feed on their flesh and in the case of pork. They are animals that have been domesticated for food use or employment. On a farm animal can also find guardians or guides, such as dogs.

Most farm animals have the task of providing food to their owners, either by being eaten by these animals or food products they generate, as the case of milk or eggs. Grown honey bees also help pollinate plants that farmers grow.

Most farm animals are used only for food, but others are useful only for work, like the horse or donkey. They are very strong animals that are very useful for transporting or plowing the fields. Read the rest of this entry »
